The Grand Rapids Red Project is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving health, reducing harm, and preventing HIV. Since 1998, we have served the state of Michigan by providing people with access to the tools, information, resources, and support that one needs to stay healthy. We are also advocates - we work to improve the lives of our participants by encouraging legislative change, and to challenge stigma and social norms.

The Grand Rapids Red Project Mobile Health Unit is a mobile health clinic that provides free Narcan, Harm Reduction supplies, and firsthand knowledge from Harm Reduction Educators.

Lowell Pride's mission is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. We aim to raise awareness, provide resources, and advocate for the rights and well-being of the LGBTQIA+ community through various events, programs, and initiatives, striving to foster acceptance, education, and empowerment. Grand Rapids Women's Chorus, giving a joyful voice to women's lives. We sing choral music that celebrates the rich diversity of women of all races, ages, cultures and traditions. The Grand Rapids Women's Chorus is an energetic group of volunteers who are passionately dedicated to singing music that delights, uplifts and educates our community. We believe music is a powerful tool to promote equality and social justice, and that all our lives are enriched by experiencing the power of performing arts.

Since 1987, OutFront Kalamazoo has worked to advance social justice, build coalitions, change hearts and open minds so that all people in Southwest Michigan can live authentically and free from discrimination - regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation. OutFront Kalamazoo provides a safe and welcoming environment with a wide range of programs and services. We offer a place to be seen and heard and an opportunity to join with others who desire to live unapologetically, #AlwaysOutFront.

We are a local group of advocates for equality and justice. Raising awareness and protesting against anti-2S-LGBTQIA+ legislative bills is our focus. We have the signs, just need hands to hold them. Sundays from 1-3 at Monument Park! *Cancelled if rain*

The Grand Rapids Pride Center works to create positive change for the 2-SLGBTQ+ community by breaking down barriers, creating awareness, providing inclusive services, and bridging relationships.

We provide support groups, social events, education, and consultation for LGBTQIA+ adults and allies throughout the area. The TRANSportation Program provides FREE transportation-related support to the local Trans & Nonbinary community. Currently, program support is limited to renewable monthly bus fare (The Rapid) and Uber rides (for specific appointments that are not accessible via other methods).

Our “Gender Junk” Closet provides FREE and on-demand gender-affirming items (new and gently used) for the local Trans & Nonbinary community. We have both a stable closet for the community to utilize at any time, as well as the option to secure free, brand-new items that we order through our business partners! Items are available in inclusive sizing and skin tone.

Our “Update!” program is here to assist Trans and Nonbinary people with updating their names, gender markers, and legal documents! Currently, we offer start-to-finish assistance for legal Name Changes and on-demand assistance with legal document updates (like Social Security, Drivers License, State ID, Birth Certificate, and Passport). We provide guidance, advocacy, legal assistance, and financial support (if needed). These programs are provided in-office or virtually, and support is on a “first come, first serve” basis.

This scholarship fund is to help Transgender students with education-related expenses while pursuing a degree or certificate from a college, university, or technical/vocational program with a satellite campus or permanent presence in Kent County, MI. There is no residency requirement. This award is open to people who identify as Transgender (which may include Non-binary, Two-Spirit, third gender, transsexual, and/or any other non-cis gender identity) and who demonstrate financial need. No age or GPA requirement. Students of color and students with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
