QTPOC Da Block! 2026
🕐 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
It's baaaaack! QTPOC Da Block is a free, all-ages block party centering chosen family and joy, hosted by the BIPOC Pride Committee of the Grand Rapids Pride Center. This annual function takes place on August 22nd, 2026 from 2PM to 8PM at 343 Atlas Ave SE and the block of Atlas Ave. There will be vendors, food, games, performances, and resources throughout the day. So bring a loved one and come party! We can't wait to share a few hours of love and unity with you. QTPOC Da Block! is open-house style, so drop by any time during the day! Please note that QTPOC Da Block! is a closed event for 2-SLGBTQ+ people of color, meaning we ask that our allies in the community find other ways to support, to allow QTPOC (queer and trans people of color) to intentionally hold space with one another. You can support this event by volunteering for setup and takedown, donating items and resources, donating directly to the Pride Center, or sponsoring the event through a business or organization.
