As the curtain rises, a slow horror descends over the crowd… There, under a spotlight at center stage lies the body of the director of the show. Your instructor will guide you through beginner-friendly yoga postures, breath work, and active rest. All skill levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat. This service is offered in partnership with Kalamazoo Backyard Yogis and is for ages 18 and up. This is a donation-based class, with all proceeds benefitting OutFront Kalamazoo. Registration is required.
