An Afternoon with Sara Davis Buechner

In advance of her Gilmore Festival theatrical performance, “Of Pigs and Pianos” prize-winning pianist Sara Davis Buechner will talk about her experience as a transgender woman and classical pianist. Presented in collaboration with the Ladies Library Association and OutFront Kalamazoo, this special event will also feature information about community resources for LGBTQ+ individuals, and a light reception. This free event will take place on Friday, May 8 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Ladies’ Library Association.
